South Ward Community Bus
The bus has been purchased by the South Ward Neighbourhood Management Partnership, supported by the South Western Community Association, in response to feedback from local residents about the lack of transport in South Ward.
The bus is available to hire for groups and organisations that are based within South Ward (Bournville, Potteries, Oldmixon and Coronation).
The bus can seat up to 15 passengers, with 3 point seat belts, and is fully DDA compliant with a passenger lift for wheelchair access.
Additional vehicles are also available for larger groups.
Tariffs
The bus is available for whole day and half day bookings.
Half day fees (up to 4 hours)
£15 (if your organisation provides a driver)
£30 (if a driver is required)
Full day bookings (over 4 hours)
£30 (if your organisation provides a driver)
£60 (if a driver is required)
Early booking is advised - first come, first served (minimum 48hrs notice)
All drivers must be MiDAS trained and be able to show a current MiDAS certificate.
