Sara Brown – Neighbourhood Manager
Sara is the Neighbourhood Manager and is responsible for managing the Neighbourhood Management programme and the Neighbourhood Management Team.
The Neighbourhood Management team are working closely with local residents and service providers to improve the quality of life for people living on the 4 estates. The team are aiming to make a real and significant difference to the look and feel of the neighbourhood.

Victoria Rooke – Community Development Worker
Vicki is on a secondment with the Neighbourhood Management Team from North Somerset Housing and is based at the For All Healthy Living Centre.
Vicki’s role includes undertaking a range of community engagement work across the 4 estates; identifying community needs and supporting residents to enable them to make a difference to where they live.
Whilst working at North Somerset Housing, Vicki supported local people in setting up a residents group that meet monthly to discuss neighbourhood issues and improvements. The local residents have recently successfully petitioned for 7 new dog bins across the estates as it was an issue lots of people were concerned about. A small group have attended training to enable them to start developing a derelict site on the Bournville into a Community garden, or similar and the residents are currently consulting with local people to get as many views and ideas as possible.
Vicki feels fortunate to continue with this work in her new role and also to undertake new projects like setting up the new Community Warden scheme.
Vicki hopes that Neighbourhood Management can achieve great things in the area with the support of other service providers and local people. Many of the ideas for the work programmes will make a big difference to the quality of life for residents and it is exciting to be a part of it and help to make it happen.

Michelle Harvey – Team Administrator
Michelle is the Administrator for the Team. She has a wide range of administrative skills gained from many years working in the NHS where her last role was as a Project Administrator working on rebuilding and improving Mental Health facilities in North Somerset as part of a multi-million pound PFI and Capital scheme.
Michelle’s role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Neighbourhood Management team for the efficient and effective conduct of the administrative, financial, business and personnel affairs and to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
Michelle hopes that the team continues to work well with partner agencies and with local residents in delivering the agreed projects

David Davis – Finance and Monitoring Officer
David has specific responsibility for generating and managing the overall Scheme budget and the individual projects. He also collates data and statistics to support the Neighbourhood Management Board’s decisions to direct funding into areas where the need is high and the possible impact of projects could have a positive impact for the community.
David hopes that the Neighbourhood Management Team can make a real and sustainable difference to the Quality of Life for the Community. By working together and listening to the community, ensuring that all projects we undertake make a real change. Some projects will be visible but the underpinning changes of building Community Capacity and increasing individual aspiration are key objectives.
